that same money into a home gym. We got an elliptical trainer for low impact,
more intense cardio workouts, a weight machine for weight training and the mini-tramp
for general health and to add variety to our workout routines. The rebounder
is THE best purchase by far. While we use the other equipment routinely as well,
the mini tramp is used by both of us every day, often 2 or even 3 times during
the day. It serves as a great workout all by itself, but also as a great warm-up

Health bounce addict touts benefits
"I use it daily and sometimes several times a day in spurts, using the health
(low) bounce. I have found it to be a great support to my overall health and
maintainance. I show it to all my friends, especially ones that comment on what
changes they see in me. I have toned up and lost weight most noticeably in my
midsection which has been the hardest area to reduce for me. I also find that
it doesn't hurt my knees like my walking regimin did. I have been able to avert
and reduce headaches with this low bounce and neck rolls as well - I have the

"I purchased this item about 3 months ago. I am 275 lbs. and use it about

Excellent Piece of Equipment
"I have used the store bought less expensive models before and the difference
in quality is incredible. I have asked different family members bounce on the
old one first for a few moments and then on the Needak. Everyone says the old
one feels like you're trying to bounce on a bean bag compared to the Needak.
It cost more but you definately will use it and enjoy it more which ends up

Don't waste your money on inferior models
"I bought my Needak rebounder six weeks ago. The reviews I read on this
site heavily influenced my decision, so I want to reaffirm the quality of this
product. I did a lot of online research on rebounders. This is the only model
that filled every need I had: excellent warranty, weight limit of 300 pounds
(so all family members could use it), 5-star reviews affirming the quality of
the model. I bought my model on an auction site with a buy-it-now feature because
the shipping was lower than. You won't find a new model any cheaper because
Needak controls the price, so finding the best deal on shipping is all you can
do. The model I bought is round with collapsible legs (no assembly whatsoever)
which snap tightly into place, either flat or extended. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET
PAYING FOR THE QUALITY OF THIS MODEL. Now for my personal testimony: I'm a 43-year-old
woman with 28% body fat. I haven't exercised regularly because I get bored.
Bouncing on the rebounder is still fun after six weeks, which surprises me.
I have had nagging left hip pain for a couple years. After using the rebounder
for six days I noticed that my hip pain was gone. The only time it has come
back is when I go for more than four days without exercising on the rebounder.
My typical workout is alternating jumping jacks (for upper torso workout) and
jogging in place (adjusting knee lift for intensity). I get a cardio workout
and break a light sweat without joint pain. The books that come with the Needak
rebounder give a lot of good information about the benefits of rebounding (some
a little radical to swallow, but take it with a grain of salt.) I have to admit
that the basic benefits touted in the books are true, and I feel a sense of
wellness that I have not achieved with other exercise methods." P.F, CO,

Well worth the price
"We had two rebounders before this. The first one ($40) had springs that
kept breaking, and the second one ($100) had a mat that failed (stitches broke).
It was 'rated' for a 200lb person but the only one who used it was my son (100lbs).
The Needak is really well-made and has a great warranty. We wasted $140 learning
