A rebounder is a mini-trampoline (trampettes) that accomodates one person who
can bound up and down in place.
What kind of exercises can a Rebounder provide?
Along with the simple bounce, combinations of arm movements and bounce frequencies
can make a rebounder a diverse exercise tool.
How long will a Rebounder last?
The Needak frame will last you a lifetime and the springs and mat will last
you many years of continued daily use.
Is a Rebounder broken when one part breaks?
No! All parts are easily serviceable by the customer themselves and replacement
parts are inexpensive.
What is the difference between a Needak Rebounder and one I can buy in a
local Wal-Mart?
To be completely straight-forward, a cheaper rebounder is worse for your knees/back/legs,
won't last, and may break providing dangerous possibilities.
Yes, but what is the actual difference?
The Needak bounce is engineered to be easy on the joints, to provide an even
bounce in the center and on the edges of the mat, and to last a lifetime. Cheap
imports will have a much harder bounce, springs will break quicker, and will
overall provide less benefit for the end user. The danger involved in weak materials
that may be used with cheaper imports make it unlikely you will want to use
it extensively for any period of time.
What should I look for when I'm buying a rebounder?
Ensure there is a realistic and reliable warranty. Aside from that, read user
reviews and contact the store you wish to buy from to educate yourself fully
on their product. Make sure it is lead-free, and that the company that owns
the brand also has control over manufacturing. Most importantly, follow your
gut instinct in regards to the quality and build of the rebounder - you want
it to last, not just for the money you will be spending, but for safety.
Warranty and Return Policy
How does the Needak warranty work?
If any component has issues within the warranty period you can contact us and
we will deal with the rest. Replacement parts will be sent to you free-of-cost.
How does the Needak return policy work?
If you decide against keeping the rebounder once you get it, ensure that it
is in like-new condition and contact us. We will then process the refund once
you ship it back to us.
What if the rebounder isn't in like-new condition and I want to return it?
Contact us and we'll help accomodate your needs. In such situations, we will
deal with it on a case by case basis.

Shipping
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes! We ship everywhere in the world.
Do you provide free shipping?
Since all shipping has a cost, rather than increase the price of the rebounder we provide you discounted shipping along with the cheapest price possible on the rebounder itself. Additionally, we are not permitted to offer free shipping on any of our rebounders as per our retailer guidelines.
How much will shipping cost?
Depending on your location, the cost can vary. For US customers it is generally
between $15-$30. For Canadian customers it is generally between $20-$45. For
other locales shipping prices will be provided to you during the checkout process.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will generally be shipped out on the same day. Depending on your
location, delivery times can vary. For international customers (including Canadians)
we cannot control how long it takes for customs to clear your shipment. Generally
you should receive your rebounder within 2-3 days within the US.
Is the folding rebounder cheaper to ship than the non-folding?
Yes! In fact, we recommend you opt for the folding rebounder as often the difference
in shipping price can make the price difference of the rebounder negligible.
Do you charge taxes and duties up-front?
Only for Canadian customers. For all other international customers, you will
be charged taxes and duties as per your country's rules.
Is there tracking information provided with the rebounder?
If you opt for UPS shipping, then yes. If not, you will have to check with the
carrier's website to determine if there is tracking information for the shipping
method you choose.
